Shannell McMillan
Shannell McMillan is no stranger to the challenges of working efficiently and harmoniously with different types of people. She has been in the door and window industry since 1988, and has been involved in every aspect of the business, from customer service and sales, to designing and space planning.
Shannell desires to inspire, discover, and pursue wholeness in herself and others. She has served on the Single Mom’s Ministry Team, has been a coordinator for the Resource Ministry, and served as both an assistant and a teacher for the Children’s Ministry at her church. She has lead several in-home and women’s church Bible studies over the past five years, and currently serves on the Women’s Ministry Team at New Life Christian Church.
Shannell has always had a heart for children and families. During the summer of 1983, she worked for the YMCA as a counselor for underprivileged boys in the foster care system. From 1994-2005, she was a member of the John Tracy Clinic-Orange County Guild, a non-profit organization that provides support, education, and assistance to parents of infants and preschool children with hearing loss. She helped to plan fundraisers and membership drives, and served for eleven years as Volunteer Chairperson of the Shawn Parr Golf Invitational, benefiting the John Tracy Clinic.
